If you read it out loud.... sounds somewhere ard there.

Mel's bushfire is horrible. It's akin some nightmare in hell... fee sad for those who are losing their families, their homes.

And the best thing is, the arsonists are under protection. Gosh... what were those people thinking! It's their neighbours, their countrymen, their homeland.. and they're reducing it to ashes.

It was reported that Sydney is having floods, I think the world has gone topsy turvey

Queensland, my dear.

Rhonda SG

Gosh, it's hot today!

I lugged my 7kg Mink Blanket out to the backyard to hang on the line to dry and came back sweating!

And tamade... I did an 'experiment' of sorts, spraying an aphid-ridden ivy-like climber plant generously with my garden insecticide to see if it actually works, and someone had snipped off the pesky plant before I could inspect the aphid corpses. Haiz...

Rhonda SG

Poor hunny must have gotten busy at work. Or she's talking to her colleagues about the bushfires...

Queensland, my dear.

Don't think Sydneysiders will be very happy to hear that!

Rhonda SG

You know, with Summer + my sudden regular diet of local fare with lots of sambal, my pimple outbreak is getting worse! I went with a friend to BigW last night to search for Neutrogena pimple products but somehow, the pimple ointment were out of stock! I feel like I'm 'competing' with the teens for pimple products now!

Rhonda SG

Wow... the disasters that happened in China, India, Wall Street, and Australia have all been prophesied back in 1998!

And soon, there will be a drought in the Middle East so bad that the nations will fight over water. And the United Nations will split over the Middle East!

Next, disasters will befall Europe. Earthquakes in places that had never been earthquake-prone. Devastating floods. And the Eiffel Tower of Paris will be no more...

If all these come to pass, I will shiver and tremble with fear, because it has all been predicted!

Kuali Baba SG

Where did you read all that?

If you want to get updated Australia news, it's best to get it from the Australia source like the news link below:

www.theage.com.au (the bottom page has other links to news on other states. The age is mainly Victoria news)

Many people from overseas don't seem to know the states and places in Australia so can easily mislead others. Like the bush fires actually happened in Victoria not Melbourne, as clarified by someone in another subforums. Melbourne is only the capital city of Victoria, Sydney the capital city of NSW, Brisbane the capital city of Queensland, Adelaide the capital city of South Australia etc....

Rhonda SG

Where did you read all that?

The Vision of Five Angels, Samuel Doctorian.
